Welcome to the ERAS Cardiac Society Virtual Training Center (VTC)

The ERAS Cardiac VTC is an online platform providing a self-directed multimedia educational experience for users, covering a comprehensive range of enhanced recovery topics. The information on this site has been created by a multidisciplinary international network of ERAS Cardiac experts. Organized into modules and associated topics, the available content is fully searchable and easy to navigate.

To use the VTC, simply select any module on the left side menu panel. Within each module there are multiple related topics. Each topic will include information on a variety of relevant items, delivered through videos, audio, and PDF files. There are also pertinent references and links to additional educational resources included.

The VTC, and all included content, is intended to inform ERAS Cardiac Members in a multitude of topics related to enhanced recovery. The information included has been provided by other enhanced recovery experts and should be used for educational purposes only. It is not intended to describe, recommend, or suggest any specific medical practice or intervention, nor should it be considered as formal medical advice or consultation. The ERAS Cardiac Society cannot guarantee that the information on the VTC is accurate or complete in every respect.
